  • EXERCISE of the day: Bear crawls

This exercise is such a great warm up, but also works so many different muscles. 
Legs, shoulders, triceps, chest, core, etc... Start by placing your feet shoulder width apart. Squat down and crawl down to a push up then crawl back up in reverse. Engage your core as you breathe in and out. Focus on good form and take your time.
