I’ve never worked out before, how do I get started?
Start with our Level One Program, which you can buy or rent by clicking here: Training Videos. You will safely strengthen your core, gain stability, increase endurance and learn proper forms.
How long will it take until I start to see improvement?
It usually takes up to three to four weeks before you start seeing results after you start a new routine, so hang in there and keep training. Consistency is key, and if you follow our eating guidelines while doing our program, you will see results.
With so many exercise options out there, what makes the STS Program better than the others?
We’ve put together a progressive program that will safely get you in shape. We take into consideration the way you feel mentally, physically and make sure you get a well-rounded Fitness experience. This program is about you and it’s safe by providing you low impact and progressive routines.
