STS provides 2 primary services for our clients: Integrative training and Life coaching.


One on One Training

Our 45 minute individual training class offers safety, inspiration and confidence through breath work, mindful training and meditation.

When you sign up for an individual session with trainer Mark Plaisir, he will work with you to set goals and provide feedback and accountability. Mark will measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments and design individualized programs based on your fitness goals and physical limitations. Mark will also educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

Group Training

Our 45 minute group training class incorporates dynamic music, breath work, yoga, pilates, cross training and restorative poses.

In a group session, you will be challenged physically and psychologically. We believe in preparing the mind, the body and the lungs in order to train safely and dynamically.

We also offer Group Training sessions for both Healthcare patients and staff, where we will design and customize an effective training schedule for your team. We have partnered with hospitals in New York City to help patients and staff understand why metabolic health, hormones and blood-sugar levels play a significant role in fluctuating energy levels, weight loss goals and how we sleep every night. We will map out specific strength days, cardio days, and schedule lunchtime express for a 45 minute workout and wellness Coaching session.

We are committed to our partnership with you beyond a 45 minute training session.

In a life-coaching session with Jackie Cohen, you will discuss your current challenges and lifestyle goals. From health to endurance training to weight loss, she will help you identify potential health risks or areas of improvement. She will help you clarify your blind spots and create action plans that you design and complete. Coaching sessions with Jackie can be in-person (if you live in the New York City area), through Skype, or by telephone!
